"Checkout was confusing and kind of a hassle"
I tried checking out twice and the page kept freezing on me. It finally went through, but then my discount code disappeared somehow. To make it more confusing, the email I got seemed to say something different from what I saw at checkout, so I’m not sure what happened.

"Exchange was kind of a hassle"
I ordered a set of bowls and one of them showed up cracked. I figured getting it exchanged would be easy, but it took way longer then it should have. I had to send pictures twice and kept waiting around for emails back. They did replace it eventually, so that part was fine, but the whole process was just annoying and slow.

"Rewards actually useful"
I only shop at World Market few times a year, but their rewards program has been nice to have. I get little coupons here and there, plus birthday reward, and I don’t really have to do anything extra for it. It definitely makes me more likely to grab something online when there’s a sale going on.
Using the points at checkout has been easy too, which I appreciate. It’s not confusing like some other stores where you have to jump through bunch of steps. Overall, I’ve been happy with it.

"Delivery was a total mess"
My order showed up late twice, which is already annoying as hell. The tracking barely updated, so I had no clue what was going on, and support was basically useless. Whole thing felt like a complete joke.

"Heads up: this site is frustrating to use"
Just a warning to anyone trying to shop here: the site is kind of a pain. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for, and the filters kept glitching or resetting on me. It turned what should’ve been a quick search into a really annoying experience.

"I usually really like World Market..."
I usually really like World Market, and the stuff I ordered was cute, but a couple of pieces showed up with chips and one of the boxes was smashed. It was frustrating, especially when you’re excited to open everything and then it’s not in great shape. Customer service did help me out, but it took longer than I thought it would. Not a terrible experience overall, just kind of annoying...

"Really happy with the quality"
I ordered a few home decor pieces from World Market and was pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was. Nothing felt flimsy or cheap, and the items looked just like I hoped they would in my space. Shipping was smooth too. I did reach out with a quick question, and support basically said, “No worries, everything’s on track,” which was nice to hear. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely shop there again

"Cool finds, but I was a little skeptical"
They’ve got a interesting mix of stuff you don’t really see on every other site, which I liked. I’ll admit I was a little suspicious at first because some of the items seemed kind of random, but everything turned out fine. Prices were decent, not amazing but fair. Shipping took longer than I expected, though, so I was definitely side-eyeing the tracking for a bit.

"Friendly help made the trip easy"
I stopped by World Market to grab a few kitchen things and had no idea where half of it was. One of the staff members was super nice and walked me right over, then helped me compare a couple options without making it feel like a big deal.

The checkout line moved a little slowly, but everyone I talked to was friendly and relaxed, which I appreciated. Overall it was a good visit, and I’d definitely go back...

I bought a table from here and putting it together was a nightmare. The holes didn’t line up right, the instructions were all over the place, and it took way longer than it should have. Even after all that, it still feels a bit wobbly. They can use all the nice-sounding wording they want about quality or easy assembly, but that definitely wasn’t my experience. I wouldn’t buy furniture from here again

I usually shop at World Market when they’re running discounts, and that’s when the prices can be good!! Some items still feel a little pricey, but the sale section definitely helps. Shipping was fine too, nothing super impressive, but I didn’t have any major issues.

"Mostly right, but something felt off"
My World Market order showed up mostly correct, but one of the items was the wrong color. It wasn’t the end of the world, but I specifically picked that color for a reason, so it was annoying. Shipping was fine and nothing arrived broken, but I do kind of wonder if they just sent whatever was on hand and hoped I wouldn’t care.

I was expecting a nice mix of snacks from different countries, and overall that’s pretty much what I got. The choices are tasty and fun to try, but I do wish some of my favorites stayed in stock more consistently

I ended up returning a few things from World Market because the colors just didn’t work in my room, they looked a little different once I had them at home. The return itself was straightforward, nothing too confusing, but I did have to wait a bit before the package showed as received.

After they got it, the refund came through faster than I expected, only a few days later. I’m taking off one star because the tracking and updates could definitely be clearer, but overall it wasn’t a bad experience.

"Returns were such a hassle"
I ordered a few things from World Market and ended up needing to return one item. the whole return process was way more confusing than it should’ve been, and it took forever. I kept having to check for updates, the refund was slow, and customer service wasn’t much help. By the end of it I felt mentally drained over something that should’ve been simple. I don’t think I’ll shop there again if returns are this much of a headache.

I ordered a few home items and the box showed up banged up. Thankfully nothing was completely broken, but one of the small dishes had a tiny chip on the corner, and the packing paper didn’t feel like enough protection. Delivery was on time, so I’ll give them that. What was annoying, though, is it wasn’t really clear who to contact about the damage, the store, the shipper, or someone else. Everyone kind of makes it feel like it’s not their issue. I’d probably order again, but I really hope they use better padding next time and make it clearer who actually owns packaging problems

"Cute stuff, if you don’t mind the shipping"
I do like shopping at World Market because they have a lot of really cute things, and I usually find something I want. But the shipping costs can get a little ridiculous, especially for smaller orders. It’s kind of funny how a few small items suddenly don’t feel like such a good deal once shipping gets added. I’d probably order more often if they offered better shipping deals more consistently
