"Stay away from these people."
I ordered a water filter for my refrigerator. The item came in the correct box however it was the wrong filter in the box. I used there prepaid return ticket. Two weeks later I received the package back with a label saying "Return to Sender" The return address on the return label was ******* Orb Dr., Browerville, MN *******. I googled the address and found that it is a house in a rural area that is actually listed on Realtor.com for sale. Never use them again.

Spent over 15 minutes online with a customer service agent with no resolution of my issue.
Agent had trouble understanding English.
Also had part of an order cancelled with an explanation given that the credit card was denied but yet that credit card was used for the rest of the order.
They keep no accurate track of inventory whether in store or online.
Sent multiple emails with no response from customer service.
Buyer beware.

"GIFT CARD SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!"
I purchased gift cards on December 6,2022 as a gift for a family member for Christmas. These gift cards were supposed to be emailed by the middle of December. No gift cards were sent. With constant communication on my end with WM, I was promised the gift cards would be emailed and never were. After Christmas, I requested a refund. I was told the gift cards had to be devalued which they were by January 10,2023. On January 12,2023, I spoke to a supervisor who took my credit card information. I was guaranteed a refund within 48 hours. After many phone calls to WM and no communication from them, it is February 20,2023 and still no refund. They say it's been turned over to corporate. Today they say they have no timeframe for my refund. I did look at the reviews prior to purchasing the gift cards, and to my better judgement I went ahead and trusted WM. Do not fall for this scam of a company. If I could, I would not have given this review 1 star.

The WHITE BRYNN SOFA was advertised for $839.99. When I went to order they refused to honor the price!

"False advertising"
Doesn’t describe their products appropriately and false advertises. Sold me a 11x14 frame which was really 13x16. That’s my fault of course (per company) causing a forfeit of the coupon I used. Company doesn’t stand by their products or provide good customer service. All I asked for was my coupon back since THEY false advertised their product I bought. Basically got a sorry for your luck…someone needs to provide a tape measurer to this company.

Company doesn’t stand by their products or provide good customer service. All I asked for was my coupon back since THEY false advertised their product I bought. "Customer NO service"
I purchased 2 sets of glasses expecting them well before Christmas. Never saw them. When I called customer service they said there were delivered. They even said they had a picture of the package on my porch taken by the FedEx driver. Couldn't produce it for me to see. I was told I had to file a police report before they could do anything. I did. About 3 weeks later a package arrives with 1 of the 2 sets of glasses. I called back and was told shipment was split and the second 2nd set of glasses was being sent separately. A week later no package so I called back and again was told it was shipped and I should receive it by Friday 1/27/23. I asked for the shipping tracking number but she said there was none. Hmmm. That tells me it was never shipped. The 27th came and went with no package. Called again no response. Asked for a supervisor, none available. What a way to run a business.

"Last minute E-gift cards will take DAYS to arrive!!"
If you're interested in getting a quick gift, by buying one of their E-gift cards,..DON'T BOTHER, as it can take SEVERAL DAYS to arrive!! One of the main perks of buying an e-gift card is that it will be delivered within a few hours. If time is of the essence, don't count on Cost Plus. In my situation,..the "event" has come and gone and now I'm stuck with a useless gift card that I don't want!!!!

"Customer service has disappeared"
Fell in Love with World Market in Santa Barbara. Been a faithful customer for more than 12 yrs.
NOT no more.
Worst customer service ever. Can't get my order, can't get a response. Will Trying doing a charge back for this insanity. $107 order. 16 days and not tracking. Due at the house 6 days ago. NO tracking information. Sent an email Jan 5th. Automated response, "expect a response to you shortly" 6 days later no response.
NOw it is 7 days since the order should have been here, still no response, no order and no tracking number
Who ever the CEO is, is looking to save on taxes by running World Market into the ground. A bunch of fat cats buy World Market from Bed Bath Beyond when customer service was customer service and now these fat egotistical fat cats have nothing better to do then ruin a business and add more anger and frustration to the world as we try and find a live person to help get an order. Well done Fat Lazy, perimysium's. You might have a lot of money but you're still bottom feeders.
Doing a Charge back and will pray for the employees at World Market when it crashes, they will find good jobs and loose little in the interim.

"Ongoing broken item supply system and poor communication"
For the past 3 years-3x's I have ordered items on their website to be delivered or picked up in the store and each time there was an issue. This past month I ordered an item to be shipped from their website and never received it, so after waiting on hold for 35 minutes the customer representative told me they cancelled the order because the item I ordered was discontinued? No communication about this on their part. Similar situations for the other two times I ordered from them came to the store to pick up my orders and surprise they aren't there even though I received a confirmation for pickup for one of them-the other one relayed they had plenty of the item in stock. I'm done giving them a chance. After 3 years I would think they would fix their crappy system that clearly doesn't work- especially since other businesses have closed due to poor online ordering experiences.

"Curbside pick-up never works"
I ordered a product for curbside pick up about 7:30am on Jan 5,2023. The site said there were 7 available. Today is Jan 8th and I get an email that WM canceled my order because the item is out of stock. Why they didn't just pack up my order as soon as it came in, instead of waiting 3 days, I have no idea. This isn't the first time I've ordered from them via the website and an item has gotten canceled several days after I paid for the order.

"Terrible Customer Service"
You shop online, you order, you pay, then a week later or more, you get a notice that your order has been cancelled because the item is now out of stock. This happens over and over. They do not keep an accurate inventory. When you write to complain, you get a generic response about your refund but no actual help or explanation. I'm don't doing business with these fools who don't know how to run a business.

"Recieved a framed picture for Christmas…"
Recieved a framed picture for Christmas package was not open and they won't return it. Their policy states you can't return without a receipt on framed art, why the hell does it matter that it's art and never opened, they just screw people over on returns. If the person that bought it didn't throw the receipt away no problem and they won't even use the same card it was purchased on, will never shop there again
